Summer Van Driver/Logistics WC: We are looking for an experienced van driver for our summer camp. This is a part-time, hourly position. The driver will take our campers and instructors to various locations in the Tampa Bay area. Experience driving a minivan, truck, or SUV would help! Employment is for June 30-August 2, 2025. In the summer, our drivers are assigned to off campus trips between 25-35 hours/week. A clean driving record and references are required. We insure the vans, our clients and you… we just need a great driver! If you work in the educational field and would like to have a fun summer, this is the job for you. Hourly rate starts at $16-19, depending on experience.

2025-2026 Van Driver/Logistics WC: We are looking for an experienced van driver during the school year. This is a part-time, hourly position. The current schedule is 8:15-10 AM, and 2:45-4:15 Monday-Friday. There is also an option to add two hours/week to pick up our orders and supplies. This is a great job for someone who is looking for a job to be a part of something fun and exciting. If your child attends Dr. John Long Middle School, Wiregrass Elementary, or Seven Oaks, you can work while they’re in school. Actual time in service with the students is less than 20 minutes of this time. You are the sparkle to their morning and helping them to start out the day with joy! Hourly rate starts at $16.

Palooza Summer Camp Instructors

2025 Elementary Level Camp Counselor. Looking for a fun summer camp teacher to work with our campers. We host students in grades K-7th. The instructor will lead a group of 13 campers, and you will have an assistant. Driving is required for this role and there is an age requirement of at least 25 years old due to insurance reasons. Job responsibilities include implementing daily tutoring, monitoring field trips, and doing your best impression of the best camp counselor. Qualifications include experience as an instructor (certified teacher) or working with children; being a classroom teacher is the best experience. In this role, you will lead our students through the week. This job pays a weekly stipend (up to $700 week) for work hours that are from 8AM to 4:45 PM. We have availability for the weeks of June 30-August 1 (5 weeks).

2025-2026 Red Hawk Academy

Our microschool prOgram for grades 1-8

2025-2026 School Year, Middle Grades Teacher (5-8): Our learning center is looking for that teacher that everyone is excited to “get” as their teacher. We want that teacher who still has the fire in their belly to teach but is burnt out from all the mandates of a traditional classroom.

In this role, you will work with our students in the areas of reading, writing, math, science, and/or history. Current certification in elementary or middle school subjects. We are looking for a teacher to work with our 5th-8th graders as a home base teacher. Most of our staff talk about this classroom job as being their dream job. You are able to work with a small group of students and make a big impact!

Candidates must be certified in the state of Florida and have experience working with a variety of age groups. The setup of our program looks very much like a traditional school experience but with more freedom to personalize learning. The first day of work is July 24, 2025. This is a ten-month position, but you have the option to work in the summer as a tutor or summer camp teacher. The annual salary range is $52,000-56,000, depending on experience and certifications. At this time, healthcare, vision, and dental insurance are not offered but are being reviewed to be offered for the 2025-2026 school year. Work hours are 7:30 AM-4 PM (can be flexible to be as early as 7 AM ). On Fridays, your day ends at 2:30, and the last 1.5 hours of your workweek are to be used when you need them. You make the choice of when that is!

Afternoon and Evening

Elementary Tutor WC: We will be hiring up to five instructors for this role. Ask a friend to join you! Looking for instructional tutors to assist students in the areas of reading, writing, and/or math. Florida certification is required. Work hours are 4-6, 4-6:45, or 5-6:45 PM Tuesday, Wednesday, and/or Thursday. You will work with small groups and/or individual students. During this time, our after-school program is supporting our students in mastery of subjects taught at school. We provide that additional reinforcement of skills and work with the students classroom teachers to create the best outcomes possible. This is a 10-month position, but you will have the option to work during public school breaks during our camp sessions. Hourly wage is $21-39 depending on experience and certifications.
