Office Staff

Van Driver/Logistics WC: We are looking for an experienced van driver (even if it’s your personal van) during the school year. This is a part-time, hourly position. The current schedule is 8:15-10 AM, and 2:45-4:15 Monday-Friday. This is a great job for someone who is looking for a job to be a part of something fun and exciting. If your child attends Dr. John Long Middle School, Wiregrass Elementary, or Seven Oaks, you can work while they’re in school. Actual time in service with the students is less than 20 minutes of this time. You are the sparkle to their morning and helping them to start out the day with joy! There is also an option to add two hours/week to pick up our orders and supplies. Hourly rate starts at $16.

Red Hawk Academy: Our microschool prOgram for grades 1-8th

2025-2026 School year: Our learning center is looking for that teacher that everyone is excited to “get” as their teacher. In this role, you will work with our students in the areas of reading, writing, math, science, and/or history. Current certification in elementary, subject specifics Most of our staff talk about this classroom job as being their dream job. You are able to work with a small group of students and make a big impact! Candidates must be certified in the state of Florida and have experience working with a variety of age groups. The setup of our program looks very much like a traditional school experience but with more freedom to personalize learning. The first day of work is July 28-2025. This is a ten-month position, but you have the option to work in the summer as a tutor or summer camp teacher. The annual salary range is $52,000-56,000 depending on experience and certifications. At this time, healthcare, vision, and dental insurance are not offered but are being reviewed to be offered for the 2025-2026 school year. Work hours are 7:30 AM-4PM (can be flexible to be as early as 7 AM and end at 3:30 PM).

2024-2025 After School VIP Program: Afternoon and Evening

2024-2025 Elementary Tutor WC: We will be hiring up to five instructors for this role. Ask a friend to join you! Looking for instructional tutors to assist students in the areas of reading, writing, and/or math. Florida certification is required. Work hours are 4-6, 4-6:45, or 5-6:45 PM Tuesday, Wednesday, and/or Thursday. You will work with small groups and/or individual students. During this time, our after-school program is supporting our students in mastery of subjects taught at school. We provide that additional reinforcement of skills and work with the students classroom teachers to create the best outcomes possible. This is a 10-month position, but you will have the option to work during public school breaks during our camp sessions. Hourly wage is $21-39 depending on experience and certifications.

2024-2025 Middle and High School Tutor WC: Looking for instructional tutors to assist students in the areas of reading, history, writing, and/or math. Florida certification is required. Work hours are 4-6, 4-6:45, or 5-6:45 PM Tuesday, Wednesday, and/or Thursday. You will work with small groups and/or individual students. During this time, our after school program is supporting our students in mastery of subjects taught at school. We provide that additional reinforcement of skills and work with the students classroom teachers to create the best outcomes possible. Hourly wage is $21-39 depending on experience and certifications.

2024-2025 Executive functioning Coach WC: Looking for a candidate that can support students with organization, study skills, schedules, maintaining calendars, and communication skills. Florida certification is required. Work hours are 4-6, 4-6:45, or 5-6:45 PM Tuesday, Wednesday, and/or Thursday. You will work with small groups and/or individual students. During this time, our after-school program is supporting our students in mastery of subjects taught at school. We provide that additional reinforcement of skills and work with the students classroom teachers to create the best outcomes possible. Hourly wage is $21-39 depending on experience and certifications.

2024-2025 Mentor/Coach WC: This role is great for an individual who enjoys working with students in a small group. We provide the activities and materials; you provide the expertise and fun!Traditionally, this role is held by a high schooler or college-aged student with an interest in working with clients in grades kindergarten-college. College of Education students, this is a great pre-internship!! However, we have had staff who were retired and looking for a part-time job too! Must be able to use google docs, and iPad and navigate the web. Hours to work are 4-6:15 Monday through Friday. You are also able to work during our vacation camps for holidays and summer in a full-time capacity. Hourly wage is $14-17 depending on experience and certifications.
